Day 263 - Alphabet Puzzle Book

This book with magnetic pieces was such a fun idea when I had one kid and would sit on the floor with her to play with it.  Now its not so fun because I'm constantly picking up 26 alphabet pieces as DD#4 plays unsupervised most of the time and her favorite thing is to unload, unpack, empty anything within her reach.  It wouldn't be such an irritant if I could just toss all the pieces in a bin or bucket, but I'm so OCD about stuff like this I have to put all the pieces back into their proper places and it just takes too much time.

  1. I am the same way!
I just threw out a busy town puzzle book. 10 different puzzles each with 20 pieces in one book. When it was given to me, I knew it would be a nightmare. It literally sat on a shelf for 3 years and the first time it came out last month, 200 pieces were everywhere. First I picked up all the pieces and sorted them to each puzzle, then I did one puzzle, then I got smart and threw it away. So glad I got rid of it and didn't drive myself crazy with it :)
